In 2012, she started appearing on a variety of sketch and sitcoms. Following her win in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began to appear regularly on various panel shows where she has become a fixture. She was a member of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team between 2016 and 2017 and is a regular contestant in its spinoff show, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Parents are Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. She has an older sister named Sinead. The only female to be a winner of the show So You Think You're Funny in the year 2012. Bea is her name in honor of her deceased father. Aisling O'Sullivan, also referred to as Cliodhnadh Aisling, was born at Kildare town, which is located in County Kildare. Bea's father Brian is an equine doctor who killed himself when she was only three years old. Bea didn't learn how her father passed away until she was thirteen. In 2017, she wrote an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and she adopted the stage name Bea in remembrance of him. Bea and her older sister Sinead, were raised with Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) an ex-jockey and teacher at a secondary-school. The family was obsessed with racing and horses. Bea spent her childhood as a Tour Guide in the Irish National Stud. From a very young age, Bea knew that she was not interested in a racing career. She was more interested in the performance arts.
